Is there only one end of tenancy package?
Yes. We don’t sell “standard” and “premium” versions. Every end of tenancy clean is our complete, detailed clean from top to bottom. Carpets, ovens, sofas and mattresses are optional extras so you only pay for what you need.
Is the oven included?
Appliance exteriors are included. A full oven deep clean (inside, racks and glass) is an optional extra — add it in the instant price tool.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us reach every corner, cupboard and skirting board. If some belongings remain, just let us know when you book.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many customers leave keys with the letting agent or in a key safe. We’ll confirm access details before the day.
What affects the final price?
Mainly the size and condition of the property, access and parking, heavy soil and any unusual requirements. Your instant price is an estimate and we’ll confirm it before booking.
