These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Dogeanu Celestie LTD, trading as Celestie Cleaning.

Prices and estimates

Prices shown on our website and produced by the instant price tool are estimates based on the information you provide. Prices marked “from” may change depending on property size and condition, access, parking, heavy soil or unusual requirements. We confirm your final price before your booking is accepted.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, price and scope of work with you. Please make sure we can access the property, and let us know about parking, pets or anything that may affect the clean.

Specialist cleaning

Carpets, upholstery, mattresses and surfaces are checked before treatment. Not every material is suitable for every method — for example, steam or extraction. Some stains and damage may be permanent; we’ll always be honest about what’s realistic.

Cancellations and changes

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Our cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book.

Concerns

If you’re not happy with any part of a clean, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
